Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical operations roles such as SRE/NOC with production experience.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability practices.
• Experience leading incident response for high-severity outages or service disruptions.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python) to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be among the foremost technical experts for the API platform and serve as last line of defense.
• Scale support operations using automation and AI technologies.
• Configure and use advanced monitoring and alerting workflows in real time.
• Contribute to reliability reviews and preparedness for new features or launches.
• Design and refine incident response processes and documentation across teams.
• Analyze metrics and RCAs to identify improvements; update dashboards and workflows.
• Provide coverage during holidays and weekends as needed.
