Openkrill is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager based in the United States. You will build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and help them maximize value from cloud resilience and disaster recovery solutions.

You’ll guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption, ensuring recovery plans are tested and reliable. Working with solution engineers, product and software teams, you’ll resolve technical challenges, monitor health, and drive renewals and

Qualificações

• 7+ years in a technical, customer-facing Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Strong understanding of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure services, cloud concepts and networking.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom and Jira.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with enterprise customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of practical solutions.
• US work eligibility; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer implementations, onboarding and migration plans to accelerate value.
• Guide enterprise customers through configuration, adoption and validation of cloud DR solutions.
• Track success metrics and health indicators to demonstrate value and identify improvements.
• Monitor account health, address risks, and drive engagement and retention.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to discuss progress, updates and renewals.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Advocate for customer needs, feedback and product requirements with teams.
• Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders through proactive communication.
