The role blends software engineering with operations to improve service reliability across AWS and Azure, focusing on incident response, toil reduction, and cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Architecture, CX, and security teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Engineering/IT and 10+ years in Cloud Ops or SRE.
• Hands-on with Azure and/or AWS production workloads.
• Strong observability, metrics, logs, and traces.
• Translate product gaps into backlog and drive improvements with partner teams.
• Scripting/automation with Python, Bash, Ansible or PowerShell.

Aufgaben

• Lead Cloud Maturity Assessments across AWS/Azure.
• Define reliability standards for observability and SLAs.
• Coordinate day‑2 operational improvements after reviews.
• Implement SRE practices: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction.
• Lead post‑incident reviews to improve uptime and resilience.
