Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering leader for a fully remote, full-time role.

The candidate will architect and manage cloud environments, implement automation, and drive reliability and performance across delivery, platform, and capability teams. Required are 8+ years of relevant experience, strong AWS skills (RDS-MSQL, Elastic Beanstalk, EKS), Terraform/CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and scripting (Python).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and extensive industry experience.
8+ years of relevant experience; AVP level or equivalent.
Strong AWS services knowledge (RDS, RDS-MSQL, Elastic Beanstalk, EKS).
Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and scripting (Python).
Terraform or CloudFormation expertise; Git platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub.
Kubernetes cluster building/maintenance; monitoring with CloudWatch, Datadog.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain new infrastructure environments and capabilities.
Collaborate with Delivery teams to meet client requirements.
Develop automation to reduce toil and improve efficiency of product engineering and SRE teams.
Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards for system health.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and availability issues.
Implement patching and vulnerability remediation policies.
Manage IAM roles and conduct basic security audits.
Build and administer automated pipelines; manage code in ADO/GitHub.
Mentor and share knowledge within the team; participate in incident response.
