Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking a senior infrastructure/DevOps professional to design and manage cloud environments, automate pipelines, and improve operational efficiency.

You will work with Delivery, Platform, and Capability teams to implement scalable AWS-based solutions and automation across services. The role emphasizes SRE practices, monitoring, incident response, and mentoring while operating in a remote-friendly, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years IT exp.
• 8+ years of industry experience; AVP level or external equivalent
• Strong AWS infra, automation, and scripting experience
• Terraform or CloudFormation plus Kubernetes expertise
• Experience with Agile, Git-based workflows, and monitoring stacks

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new infrastructure environments and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to meet client requirements.
• Drive automation to reduce toil and improve efficiency for engineering and SRE.
• Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, dashboards for system health.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve availability issues.
• Implement patching and vulnerability remediation policies.
• Manage IAM roles and conduct basic security audits.
• Build and administer automated pipelines and repositories (ADO/GitHub).
• Mentor and coach team members; participate in incident post-mortems.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
