Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical discovery, design cloud-based solutions, and drive revenue through compelling demonstrations. You will work across sales, delivery, and product teams, shaping architectures for strategic accounts in the US and North American markets.

Strong AWS/Azure knowledge and AI-enabled workflow ideas are valued. You will collaborate with Commercial and Engineering to deliver proposals, address security considerations, and ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or SaaS solutions architecture or pre-sales.
• Track record in complex technical deals in US/North America.
• Strong cloud infra knowledge (AWS/Azure).
• Data modelling, cross-system reconciliation and API design.
• Ability to deliver demos and handle technical objections.
• Experience creating SOWs, RFPs and architecture diagrams.
• Comfort working post-sale as a technical advisor.
• Fluent English, remote capable across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to capture customer requirements and objectives.
• Design scalable cloud solutions aligned with platform capabilities.
• Lead technical discussions and deliver compelling demos.
• Collaborate with Commercial to craft proposals and SLAs.
• Advise on deployment, hosting, integration, and configuration.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation for seamless handoff to delivery.
• Remain a trusted advisor for strategic accounts post-sale.
• Share customer insights with Product/Engineering and contribute to playbooks.
