Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect, Cloud Services to drive GTM for ROSA, ARO, and OpenShift Cloud offerings. You will partner with account teams, Success, and product teams to design enterprise-grade Managed OpenShift architectures and remove blockers to adoption.

You will lead technical deep dives, proofs of concept, workshops, and enablement events, while showcasing strong consultative selling skills and business acumen to executives and developers alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or similar customer-facing technical role in enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform and their native services.
• Hands-on with Red Hat managed cloud services (ROSA/ARO) and OpenShift.
• Solid product knowledge across Red Hat portfolio (RHEL, Ansible, OpenShift).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer use cases, challenges, and blockers to adoption of Managed OpenShift.
• Help remove organizational, competitive, and technical blockers to adoption enterprise-wide.
• Design customer-approved, enterprise-ready Managed OpenShift architectures and Success Planning.
• Plan and execute tailored solutions leveraging Red Hat resources as needed.
• Provide feedback to Product and SRE teams to improve the product.
