Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect, Cloud Services to drive technical sales support for GTM strategies around ROSA, ARO, and OpenShift across cloud platforms. You will articulate value to leadership and operations teams and guide customers to a production-ready Managed OpenShift architecture.

You will partner with account teams and Success to provide architecture walkthroughs, PoCs, and tailored cloud solutions, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within enterprise accounts
Strong knowledge of cloud services providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native services ecosystems
Hands-on experience with Red Hat managed cloud services including ROSA and ARO, and solid OpenShift knowledge
Product knowledge across Red Hat portfolio including RHEL, Ansible, OpenShift

Responsibilities

Identify customer use cases, challenges, and blockers to adoption of Managed OpenShift
Remove blockers to adoption of enterprise-wide Managed OpenShift
Define an enterprise-ready Managed OpenShift architecture and contribute to Success Planning
Design tailored solutions addressing customer adoption blockers with Red Hat resources
Provide feedback to Product and SRE teams to improve the product
Work with customers to make technical recommendations
Demonstrate consultative selling with business acumen
Identify customer champions and advocate for Cloud Services
Share knowledge with team to scale success
Facilitate pre- and post-sales activities including deep dives, PoCs, workshops, and enablement
