Job summary

Red Hat, LLC is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect, Cloud Services to drive GTM strategies for ROSA, OpenShift on AWS, Azure Red Hat OpenShift, and Google Cloud. You will articulate value, guide customers to a production-ready Managed OpenShift architecture, and work with account teams to identify opportunities and ensure a positive customer experience that leads to revenue and renewals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales engineer or equivalent technical role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
• Hands-on experience with ROSA, ARO, and OpenShift.
• Certification in cloud or Red Hat products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer use cases and blockers to adoption of Managed OpenShift.
• Provide guidance to define enterprise-ready architecture.
• Contribute to Success Planning and tailored solution design.
• Provide feedback to Product and SRE teams to improve the product.
• Design solutions meeting customer business and technical requirements.
• Demonstrate consultative selling with business acumen.
• Identify customer champions and advocate for Cloud Services.
• Lead pre- and post-sales activities including deep dives and workshops.
