Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a capable technical leader to guide customers in building scalable solutions using Red Hat technologies. You will lead projects, collaborate across teams, and present to executives while traveling weekly to client locations.

You will mentor teams and develop production-ready solutions aligned with enterprise requirements. Required are top security clearances and cloud/Linux expertise, with hands-on experience in OpenStack, virtualization, and container platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Ability to lead a technical project and manage timelines and documentation.
• Experience identifying stakeholder needs and setting expectations for timelines and scope.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Travel weekly to client locations (Mon-Thu) for engagements.
• Mentor teams and present to senior executives on project progress and strategy.
• Draft and maintain project and technical documentation across engagements.
