Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a technical leader to guide customers in scalable, scalable, high‑impact solutions using Red Hat technologies. You will lead projects, collaborate on timelines, and mentor teams while delivering concrete customer outcomes across large deployments.

Required are an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive Linux and cloud experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel 30–40 weeks per year to client sites across North America.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience delivering an implementation based on an architectural design.
• Experience leading technical projects and maintaining project/technical documentation.
• Ability to identify stakeholder needs and set expectations on timelines/scope.
• Experience with cross‑functional collaboration across diverse teams.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing with internal/external communities of practice.
• Technical certifications such as Security+ and Network+.
• Experience delivering modern cloud platform consulting engagements.
• Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL or derivative).
• Familiarity with source code management tools (GitLab).
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
• Experience with enterprise cloud solutions (PaaS).
• Experience with virtualization and cloud tech (OpenStack, RHV, VMware, AWS, Azure).
• C‑level presentation experience at large firms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, optimized Red Hat solutions.
• Lead technical projects, collaborate on timelines, and maintain documentation.
• Mentor others and share best practices with communities of practice.
• Deliver successful customer projects as a technical lead.
• Develop customer use cases into project plans aligned with Red Hat technologies.
• Implement complex, large‑scale solutions in customer environments.
• Travel weekly to client locations (North America).
• Promote adoption of Red Hat solutions and enablement across teams.
