Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to accelerate our Global Defense Partners business in Irvine, CA.

You will shape and deliver strategy to advance our customers’ missions using AWS services, working with a network of partners and a cross-functional team. You will lead technical design, PoCs, and thought leadership across the Federal Government markets, sharing best practices and collaborating with sales, BD, and engineering teams to solve complex customer

Qualifications

10+ years in technology domains such as cloud computing, systems engineering, or security.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps toward cloud computing.
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications.
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

Responsibilities

Lead design efforts and thought leadership to advance federal missions using AWS services.
Collaborate with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solution architect community.
