Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is seeking a Field Sales Operations Analyst to empower regional and global sales execution. You will turn real-time GTM data into decisions, run forecast and pipeline inspection, and ensure data integrity across SFDC, segmentation, and quotas.

You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, support executive-ready reporting, and drive process excellence with AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s a plus.
• Experience in B2B/technology sales operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly and perform pipeline inspections; identify risks and gaps.
• Maintain and reconcile SFDC data; oversee ownership and routing changes.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards; deliver executive-ready reports.
• Support GTM growth programs and sales plays; monitor adoption and impact.
• Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams on planning and execution.
