Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Cloud Senior Analyst II to join the team onsite in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will help migrate applications to the CMS AWS Cloud, lead/participate in Agile ceremonies, and translate business needs into technical cloud solutions that support strategic objectives.

The role requires Agile experience, cloud-hosted application knowledge, and strong collaboration with stakeholders across IT and business units. Enthusiasm for mentoring others is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Agile Scrum Master on cloud projects.
• Experience with Agile Product Owner or Agile BA in healthcare/Medicare.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence and test management tools.
• Background with cloud-hosted applications and AWS is preferred.
• Medicare domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate in Agile environments, leading stand-ups and documenting user stories.
• Lead or contribute to team presentations, explaining complex solutions to business stakeholders.
• Define customer needs in a technical context and ensure cloud solutions align with business objectives.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support governance and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to drive cloud analytics projects.
