Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Senior Cloud Services Analyst to oversee day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and maintain system health. You will liaise with Service Operations, field offices, and stakeholders, delivering solutions for complex application, system, and service issues both reactively and proactively.

Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, validating data, monitoring meters, and supporting firmware and software releases. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• RF and/or Networking experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows, SQL Server, Oracle, Unix/Linux is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational data support for internal and external customers.
• Writes complex SQL queries to analyze data and generate, monitor, and maintain informational reports.
• Validates data integrity and ensures successful transmission of data files.
• Supports meter level monitoring; provides meter data analysis and troubleshoots issues daily.
• Proactively monitors performance metrics, meters, and reads data to identify issues and troubleshoot.
