Landis+Gyr AG is seeking a Senior Cloud Services Analyst to oversee day-to-day account operations and ensure system health. You will liaison between Service Operations, field offices, and stakeholders, delivering solutions for complex application and service issues.

The role requires a deep product knowledge, strong technical background, and proactive problem solving in a global, energy-technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational data support for internal and external customers.
• Writes complex SQL queries to analyze data and generate, monitor, and maintain informational reports.
• Validates data integrity and ensures successful transmission of data files.
• Supports meter level monitoring; provides meter data analysis andTroubleshoots issues daily.
• Monitors performance metrics and read data to identify issues and troubleshoot.
