Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Experience with Windows, SQL/Oracle DB, Networking, and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Owns upgrades, installations, and patch management for SaaS platforms.
• Lead environment readiness and handle incident escalation as SME.
• Coordinate with Product Support, Sustaining/Engineering, and architecture teams.
• Define monitoring thresholds and maintain monitoring templates.
• Oversee performance tracking and data management for hosted environments.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to Cloud Service Analysts.
