The Senior Cloud Services Analyst oversees day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and ensures system health across services, acting as a liaison between Service Operations, field offices, and key stakeholders.

You will write complex SQL queries, analyze data, validate integrity, and support meter data analysis and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational data support for internal and external customers.
• Writes complex SQL queries to analyze data and generate reports.
• Validates data integrity and ensures successful transmission of data files.
• Supports meter data analysis and troubleshooting on a daily basis.
• Monitors performance metrics and data reads to identify issues.
• Collaborates with CSA teams to improve metrics and service delivery.
