Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Analyst to guide the SaaS Service Analysts and lead operational excellence for the hosted environment. Ensure production readiness and stability across the hosted stack.

You will collaborate with Product Support, Sustaining/Engineering, and Infrastructure teams on upgrades, monitoring, and incident response while coaching the team and stepping in for the Manager when needed. Strong knowledge of Windows, SQL/Oracle, and networking is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud/ SaaS operations or related field.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
• Experience with both software and hardware in complex environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upgrades, installations, and patch management for SaaS customers.
• Lead and coach Cloud Service Analysts; act as SME when Manager is unavailable.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Sustaining/Engineering, and Infrastructure teams on troubleshooting and capacity planning.
• Monitor performance, implement monitoring templates, and manage data retention and log management strategies.
• Represent hosted environment in cross-functional meetings and ensure production readiness.
