Snyk is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer (Platform) to blend deep GCP and AWS infrastructure experience with AI coding agents. You will turn threat models into concrete Terraform, Kubernetes, and pipeline fixes, then collaborate with platform teams to merge changes.

The role centers on making secure options the easy option for engineers building Snyk's platform. You'll join Snyk's Product Security team, advising cloud infrastructure teams and driving changes to security controls across

Formación

• 5-8 years running or securing cloud infrastructure
• Deep GCP knowledge and AWS working knowledge
• Strong GCP IAM understanding and least privilege design
• Practical Kubernetes and container experience (GKE)
• Comfort with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and automated deployment
• Solid DevSecOps practices and threat modeling
• Experience using AI coding agents in production
• Ability to influence and negotiate with teams owning infrastructure
• Nice to have: security testing tools or Snyk products knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Threat model Snyk's cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS
• Use AI coding agents to draft Terraform, Kubernetes, and pipeline changes
• Run agent-driven fixes at scale across many repositories
• Write and maintain guidance for AI agents
• Connect agents to live cloud, CSPM, and ticketing data
• Review AI-generated infrastructure changes for safety
• Harden GCP IAM and AWS IAM equivalences
• Improve Kubernetes and container security on GKE
• Add automated security testing to CI/CD and GitOps pipelines
• Benchmark infrastructure against CIS benchmarks and ISO/NIST controls
• Limit risks from AI agents and ensure changes are reviewed
• Measure and improve agent-driven fixing effectiveness
