Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking aSenior Cloud Security Engineer to mature our cloud security posture across AWS, Kubernetes and AI-enabled security tools. You will partner with infrastructure, engineering and compliance to deliver secure products for providers and patients. This is a hybrid role based in multiple hub locations with remote options.

You’ll design secure architectures, respond to incidents, and drive security KPIs while shaping how AI gets used in security on our platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the Cloud Security domain.
• Deep AWS security experience (IAM, Config, CloudTrail, SCPs, AWS Organizations).
• Strong Kubernetes security, including RBAC, network policies and runtime security.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and full security lifecycle consideration.
• Ability to design secure by default architectures and land security decisions well.
• Experience building AI-powered security agents or tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the security foundation for Grow’s infrastructure as it scales.
• Research threats and attack methods relevant to Grow’s applications and turn into real solutions.
• Improve cloud security posture in partnership with infrastructure, engineering and compliance.
• Respond to security incidents, participate in on-call rotation.
• Build defense in depth through secure by default architecture.
• Define and track KPIs for the cloud security program.
• Build and deploy AI agents to strengthen threat detection, alert triage, vulnerability management, and incident response.
