Ingram Micro is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer/Architect leader to guide cloud architecture engagements across AWS and Azure, mentor senior SEs, and own the services pipeline end-to-end with a channel-driven sales motion.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, forecast discipline, and adherence to Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework standards while collaborating across Sales, Services Delivery, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud architecture skills across AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Coaching and developing senior technical talent.
• Pipeline management and forecast discipline for a revenue-accountable team.
• Partner-led / channel-led sales motion.
• Funded program ecosystem fluency and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on as lead or shadow architect on the largest, most complex engagements.
• Accountable for the team’s services pipeline target end-to-end, from generation through qualification to handoff.
• A coach who develops Senior Sales Engineers through deal reviews and direct technical leadership.
• A revenue partner with the Sales Manager, jointly owning the SE/Seller pairing model and pipeline velocity.
• The owner of technical presales quality, setting architectural standards and validating SOWs.
• Anchoring engagements on AWS and Azure Well‑Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks.
