Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native platforms that validate software, ensure production readiness, and improve release confidence. You will create production-like environments, integrate automated test pipelines and observability into CI/CD, and develop automation to boost productivity and reduce manual toil.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability and adoption of cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of SRE/DevOps, Platform/Software Eng.
• Kubernetes hands-on in cluster ops, networking, storage, security, autoscaling.
• Cloud-native platforms for scalable, highly available services.
• Automation to improve developer productivity and release quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native engineering platforms for software validation, release validation, and production readiness.
• Design production-like environments to improve release confidence and deployment readiness.
• Build and integrate automated test pipelines, observability, and quality gates into CI/CD workflows.
• Develop automation to reduce manual toil and boost developer productivity.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and release quality.
