Job summary

Veza, now part of ServiceNow, seeks a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead critical infrastructure initiatives across the organization. You will architect scalable solutions, drive reliability, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment with enterprise customers and multi-cloud deployments.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align reliability goals with business objectives, while advancing best practices and incident response capabilities across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide reliability and infrastructure projects across multiple teams with high autonomy.
• Architect and deploy scalable Cloud Prem and SaaS infrastructure solutions.
• Drive SRE best practices and incident response, with post-incident root cause analyses.
• Develop automation to streamline operations and reduce manual workload.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to align reliability with business goals.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
• Provide tier 2/3 technical support to enterprise customers and create runbooks.
