Job summary

SpotMe seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer to own and scale a 24/7 SaaS platform for live events. You will design resilient cloud infrastructure, implement automation, and improve observability while leading on-call incident response for peak load scenarios.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to reduce lead times, enhance security, and achieve reliable performance during high-stakes live events using AI-assisted tooling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site reliability or similar roles.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud and Terraform.
• Proven ability to design for high availability and cost efficiency.
• Excellent incident response, on-call, and post-incident review skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable infra using Terraform and AWS services.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automation (Jenkins, Packer, Docker).
• Improve observability with Datadog, Pingdom, and Elastic.
• Lead on-call rotations and incident resolution.
• Drive AI-assisted tooling adoption across the team.
