Qualifications

• Experience in a production facing SRE role supporting a complex SaaS environment.
• Ability to drive reliability concepts with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of multi-cloud environments and modern observability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in health and continuous improvement of incident-management lifecycle.
• Engage in 12-hour follow-the-sun on-call rotation with the Global SRE team.
• Promote data-driven, blameless incident practices across teams.
• Link incident learnings to engineering standards and priorities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor teams to improve developer experience.
