Job summary

Amazon EC2 is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to shape pricing tools and product strategies for global customers. You will partner with EC2 Deals Desk and the AWS Private Pricing team to define capabilities and pricing models that accelerate cloud adoption.

You will drive requirements, coordinate across engineering and business teams, and champion customer needs to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and defining features.
• Experience delivering features and understanding tradeoffs.
• Background in technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Define high-quality roadmaps aligned with team strategy and vision.
• Develop detailed narratives and user stories for pricing strategies and new features.
• Create business cases, pricing analyses, and P&L models.
• Collaborate with product, sales, solution architects, and engineering to resolve pricing issues.
• Become SME on services and use cases; recommend features and tools for easier adoption of AWS products.
• Manage trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and support load.
• Develop high-quality reports for executive leadership.
