Fiserv, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in New Jersey. You will guide engineering teams that design, develop, modernize and operate cloud-native enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise applications.
- 8+ years in engineering management of enterprise platforms or mission-critical apps.
- 8+ years leading architecture, modernization or platform initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams that build and operate cloud-native applications.
- Define engineering practices, coding standards and architecture principles.
- Guide modernization programs toward containerized, cloud-native delivery.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, infra and operations teams.
- Oversee deployment strategies across Azure, AWS or GCP environments.
- Manage Agile, SAFe and Program Increment planning.
- Coach engineers and leaders on performance and career development.
