Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering to lead a talented development team. You will oversee design, development and delivery of software applications aligned with strategic goals, while mentoring engineers and shaping best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using Agile methods and modern DevOps tooling. This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA with strong compensation and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• 3+ years with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar languages.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• 3+ years of Agile methodologies.
• 6+ years of equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.
