Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 8–12 years in Java development with 5+ years mentoring or coaching teams.
- Proven Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, microservices, RESTful APIs expertise.
- Cloud exposure across AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD pipelines; Git/Jenkins.
- Strong Agile leadership and cross-functional collaboration; secure design.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team; recruit and onboard top talent.
- Define technical strategy and architecture for scalable fintech apps.
- Ensure SDLC compliance, security, and high-performance system design.
- Guide developers in design reviews, debugging, and optimization.
