Job summary

Firecrawl is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud and on‑prem infrastructure behind our data products. You will run large stateful workloads on Kubernetes, manage CI/CD and IaC, and optimize cost per request while scaling traffic and data volume.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, deep cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure), and hands-on knowledge of containers, Terraform, and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience operating stateful distributed systems at real scale on Kubernetes.
• Strong cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure) and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud and on‑prem infrastructure behind Firecrawl's products.
• Run large stateful workloads on Kubernetes with zero‑downtime upgrades.
• Own CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automations, and containerized deployments.
• Drive down cost per request while traffic grows.
• Build observability and define SLIs/SLOs for reliability.
• Support enterprise controls (SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, SOC 2).
• Collaborate with product/engineering to productionize services.
• Own incident lifecycle from on‑call to postmortems.
