Job summary

Firecrawl in San Francisco is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the cloud layer for security, deployment, and platform infrastructure from day one. You will collaborate with sales to translate enterprise needs into tangible platform capabilities and drive end-to-end delivery.

You will build multi-cloud and on-prem deployments, ensure robust IAM and security controls, and ship designed solutions with the core platform team.

Qualifications

• Shipped enterprise security features and gone deep, not checkbox.
• Built or operated multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
• Deep cloud security and IAM fundamentals.
• Comfortable shipping in TypeScript/Node and owning delivery.
• Able to walk an enterprise security team through designs and answer questions on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise requirements end to end — from sales conversations to shipped platform capability.
• Sit in enterprise sales conversations translating needs into builds.
• Build security and deployment capabilities — key management, tenant isolation, compliance integrations, multi-cloud/on-prem deployment.
• Turn one-off enterprise asks into reusable platform features.
• Work with founders and core engineers to land and ship your designs.
• Ship what you design — a builder role, not advisory.
