Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on DevOps, cloud and SRE experience with AWS and production Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including cluster operations and workload management.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform; scripting in Bash and Python for automation.
• Containers, CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and container registries; experience with GitOps is a plus.
• Observability, security, and reliability practices across cloud and container environments.
• Ownership mindset with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, secure, and operate scalable AWS environments for enterprise apps and AI platforms.
• Own production Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS; manage upgrades, autoscaling, and networking.
• Build reusable IaC with Terraform; automate deployment and configuration changes across environments.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket/GitHub/Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline.
• Implement security controls, least-privilege access, secrets management, and audit logging.
• Monitor, log, and alert for reliability; perform root-cause analysis and DR testing.
• Optimize performance and costs; collaborate with developers and stakeholders; document runbooks.
