Job summary

InnovateHub seeks a Lead Product Software Engineer - Cloud Operations to own cloud infrastructure for AI products. You’ll design Azure architectures, deliver Terraform-managed environments, and build health reporting for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating cloud infrastructure (Azure strongly preferred).
• 2+ years hands-on Terraform in production.
• Strong proficiency with Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Key Vault).
• Deep experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and KQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Agile/XP practices including TDD/BDD and pair programming.

Responsibilities

• Own Terraform delivery for InnovateHub's Azure environments, authoring and maintaining IaC modules.
• Design, review, and evolve cloud infrastructure aligned with enterprise standards and cost.
• Design Azure resource architectures to support AI product portfolio at scale.
• Build and own product and operational health dashboards using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs and establish alerting strategies for reliability.
• Provide guidance and reusable templates for infrastructure and deployment patterns.
