Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced technology operations professional to implement and govern scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions across domains. You will operate independently, driving improvements through analysis and collaboration while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates will have strong AWS with IaC (Terraform) experience and Windows Server administration, plus expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and enterprise DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in technology governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD and repository management and experience integrating code quality, security, and testing tools into pipelines

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems or services, meeting targets for performance, availability, reliability, and security.
• Owns and executes defined processes to reduce risk and improve day-to-day operations.
• Leads components of larger initiatives by planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Analyzes tools and processes and implements automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Provides technical guidance through design reviews and troubleshooting.
• Monitors operational metrics and drives continuous improvement.
