Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement of technology services.
- Perform root-cause analysis and propose design-level improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and business stakeholders.
- Support incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
