Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Network Architect to provide technical leadership for the design, integration, and evolution of secure multi-cloud networking capabilities supporting the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next (C1N) program.

You will work across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI to establish standards, automate provisioning with IaC, and ensure security, reliability, and performance in DoD environments. This role requires close collaboration with cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale multi-cloud networks across CSPs.
• Strong knowledge of VPC/VNet, routing, VPNs, private connectivity, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise network architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and technical standards for CSPs.
• Architect secure cross-cloud connectivity including VPNs, interconnects, and SDN.
• Define IPAM, routing, segmentation, and trust boundaries for multiple environments.
• Partner with cybersecurity to implement Zero Trust and encryption and manage access controls.
• Implement IaC for automated network provisioning and integrate with CI/CD workflows.
• Establish network observability, monitoring, and rapid troubleshooting strategies.
