Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Network Architect to lead design and evolution of secure multi-cloud networking for DoD environments. You will architect architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, develop standards, and drive automation using IaC tools.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and operations teams to ensure security, performance, and compliance. The role emphasizes technical leadership, architecture governance, and the ability to translate complex mission requirements

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale network architectures across multiple CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Strong knowledge of VPC/VNet, IPAM, DNS, NAT, load balancing, VPNs, private connectivity.
• Experience with Zero Trust network security, segmentation, encryption, and monitoring.
• DoD or regulated environments experience and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise multi-cloud network architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards.
• Architect secure connectivity between cloud environments and DoD networks using VPNs, private circuits, and interconnects.
• Define routing, IP address management, segmentation, and trust boundaries across environments.
• Implement IaC for network provisioning using Terraform and Ansible within GitLab workflows.
• Establish network observability, telemetry, and troubleshooting across heterogeneous clouds.
• Govern architecture changes ensuring alignment with security and enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cloud, network, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams.
