Job summary

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider, seeks a Senior Cloud Licensing Specialist in Tempe, AZ, to join our Consulting team. You will partner with Sales, Billing, and Cloud Services to guide clients through pre-sales, post-sales, and ongoing licensing support.

The role requires deep Microsoft cloud licensing knowledge, CSP program experience, and ability to translate complex licensing concepts for clients and sellers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft cloud licensing experience, preferably within a CSP partner or reseller environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft CSP Program and products such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center, Azure Cost Manager, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cloud licensing SME on presales and technical calls, aligning licensing with client objectives.
• Lead CSP onboarding, Microsoft Customer Agreement acceptance, and subscription provisioning.
• Identify upsell opportunities and maintain accurate CSP pipeline details.
