Job summary

iT1 is a leading technology solutions provider based in Tempe, AZ, seeking a Systems Engineer II to manage internal and external managed services infrastructure while serving as a primary contact for customers.

The role covers monitoring, incident response, systems administration, network troubleshooting, escalation management, and documentation to ensure adherence to standards. Arizona-based, with a strong focus on customer service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of infrastructure, systems, networking experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and virtualization.
• Experience handling alerts through escalation, resolution and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure alerts and respond to incidents.
• Provide incident resolution, root-cause analysis and documentation.
• Support VMware vSphere and/or Hyper‑V environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead troubleshooting efforts.
• Maintain diagrams, procedures, and asset information.
