Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA, seeks a Senior GCP Cloud Intelligence SA to lead cloud strategy and design cloud-native solutions for customers. You will work across teams to translate business needs into scalable architectures and share insights to improve AWS offerings.

You will collaborate with executives and technical stakeholders, helping to shape go-to-market campaigns and drive cloud modernization initiatives across public cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• 4+ years of enterprise technology experience
• 4+ years experience architecting cloud solutions in GCP

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on GCP technology and GCPgo-to-market strategy.
• Consult with field SAs and BDs to analyze customers’ business and technical requirements and determine how the needs can best be met by AWS.
• Present your recommendations and designs directly to customers, demonstrating proficiency interacting with business executives (CxOs) and technical audiences (Architect/Director).
• Analyze trends and competitive offerings to generate technical and business insights. Foster a community of compete specialists who leverage your insights.
• Technical content creation (decks, whitepapers, recordings)
• Deliver technical presentations and trainings to field SAs, BDMs, and product stake holders.
• Deliver operational excellence managing a pipeline of technical engagements that requires rapid delivery and frequent reprioritization.
