Job summary

Sonsoft, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior or Executive Architect to lead the CIS Enterprise Architecture across Workspace, Hybrid Cloud, Service Management, Service Desk, and Field Services.

You will guide engineering teams, shape the offering blueprint, and drive cross-CIS integrations for high-profile clients. This role demands exceptional investigative and leadership skills, client-facing capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across vendors while aligning with strategic CIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• 15 years of relevant presales and technical IT experience in outsourcing/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of business, industry, sales strategies, service delivery and financial analysis.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams in delivering standardized solutions.
• Ability to tailor presentations to client needs and guide senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of business and technical architects and engineering across CIS offerings.
• Collaborate with Growth, Strategy, and Delivery teams to ensure repeatable deployments.
• Work with Solution Architects, Sales, and Account Executives to propose CIS capabilities.
• Provide governance oversight for technical solutions across the CIS service line.
• Lead cross-CIS blueprint development and costed solution proposals.
• Oversee the development of integrated technical, business and service solutions.
