Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership experience (5+ years) in cloud services infrastructure or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize cloud & infrastructure services to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance services, focusing on stability and performance.
• Mentor and manage technical teams, overseeing resource allocation and performance management.
• Drive automation, DevOps practices, and service monitoring to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and contract obligations.
• Lead incident and risk management with root-cause analysis and mitigations.
• Provide cross-functional leadership with engineering, product, sales, finance, and support teams.
• Guide teams through technology changes and deployments with minimal disruption.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for senior leadership to inform decisions.
• Foster innovation, knowledge sharing, and process standardization.
