Job summary

Peraton in the United States is seeking a Technical Enterprise Incident Manager to lead incident response efforts and improve operational reliability across its cloud platforms. The successful candidate will manage incidents, coordinate operations during major incidents, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

This role requires strong expertise in Cloud technologies and incident management in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree and significant experience in related fields are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Cloud Incident Management or 9 years with a high school diploma.
• Experience leading Major Incident response in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Networking concepts, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate incident bridge calls and drive rapid service restoration.
• Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding capabilities.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL and SRE best practices.
