Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• CSP Associate level cloud certification/s in AWS, Microsoft Azure, OCI, Google Cloud.
• Professional level certification a plus.
• 8-15 years of IT experience with a combination of cloud and infrastructure work.
• 3-4 years of cloud engineering experience with one or more vendor platforms.
• 4+ years experience debugging Windows or Linux in admin/support/engineering capacity.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy new cloud-based computing services at scale for clients and deliver provisioning of new hosts.
• Formulate network, storage and compute design specs for stable, secure operations in cloud.
• Manage cloud services: IAM, Security Groups, and CSP native services.
• Use IaC, CI/CD, architecture reviews to create and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Develop scripts and templates for provisioning and configuration of resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to translate technical objectives into requirements.
• Review operational requirements with project teams for deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop documentation for best practices related to server infrastructure and cloud computing operations.
• Serve as liaison with clients to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with identifying and planning potential new cloud services and capabilities.
