Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage Tier 1–3 tenant requests, monitor environments, and provision VPCs. You will configure roles, address access requests, and escalate as needed to ensure mission-ready IT capabilities.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and hands-on experience with cloud engineering, AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling like Terraform in a DevSecOps setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field and 7 years of experience, or 10 years with listed technologies.
• Experience administrating cloud environments and supporting secure information systems.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS within a DevSecOps context.

Responsabilités

• Handle Tier 1–3 Tenant requests and monitor operational environments.
• Provision Tenant VPCs, configure roles, and manage access requests.
• Escalate service requests as needed and contribute to metrics.
