Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for mission workloads. You’ll develop infrastructure-as-code, deploy containerized environments, and strengthen security controls across clouds, with guidance from senior engineers.

You’ll work on CI/CD support, Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) while adhering to STIG standards and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying, managing, or securing cloud apps with IaC, containers, and automation
• DoD 8140 compliant (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CASP) or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across environments (compute, storage, networking)
• Develop IaC for repeatable deployments
• Configure identity, access, and network security in cloud
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents; enforce security baselines
