Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is hiring a DevOps Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructures across multiple environments for federal clients.

You will build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with security and operations teams, and optimize containerized deployments while adhering to security best practices. A TS/SCI clearance is required to support critical missions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience deploying, managing, and/or securing applications in a cloud environment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g.: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform or Ansible).
• Understanding of different AWS IaaS services.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain automated build, integration, and deployment pipelines for multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of containerized environments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot containerized environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CI/CD pipeline tools and strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of new applications and practices.
• Ensure security best practices are followed when implementing new applications in secure environments.
• Automate deployment and scaling processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions for introduced applications.
