Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Cloud Identity Production Support Engineer to join the Production Services team in Pittsburgh. You will lead deployment, integration, and support of AI-driven IAM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize identity platforms.

You will architect scalable identity solutions using AI for automation and governance, drive innovation by evaluating new AI tools, and mentor teams on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required.
• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management systems.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to security and identity challenges; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, integration, and support of AI-driven IAM solutions.
