Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; professional IAM certifications preferred.
8+ years of identity and access management experience with LDAP, SSO and MFA.
Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID capabilities including CA, MFA, PIM and app governance.
Strong networking, cloud, and security fundamentals; AI integration in IAM a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment, integration, and support of AI-enabled IAM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI with identity platforms.
Architect scalable, secure identity solutions using AI for automation and governance.
Evaluate new AI tools for identity projects while aligning with company principles.
Mentor technical teams on AI integration within IAM and infrastructure.
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet objectives.
Ensure alignment with client-centric and ownership-driven practices.
